Red curry soup with meatballs

1 hot red pepper minced
1 tablespoon minced garlic
Spoon of chopped ginger
2 tablespoons lemon juice
6 minced peanuts
1 tablespoon red curry paste
2 tbsp oil
2 cups broth
1/2 tablespoon salt
Noodles Indomie
Coriander paper
To make meatballs:
Cup minced meat
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons Indomie seasoning
1/2 teaspoon chopped garlic
Preparation :
1 – Put all ingredients of meat together and mix well
2 – Meatball to a small size
3 – then reduce the fire to full maturity
4. In a bowl, put the oil, then the red curry paste, stir and then put the garlic, chopped ginger and broth, and leave to boil.
5. Place the noodles and lemon juice, season with salt and serve with meatballs, coriander leaves and hot red pepper
